Chapter 2

Coldplay Story专辑

  • ..so successful, because essentially they're such a good band.
    And that's the reason.
    I don't think it's to do promotion,
I don't think it's to do with them being goodlooking,
Or people wanting to be with them like you get with many male bands.
It's about them being good and being talented and just being completely sincere.
And honest in the fact that they're doing this because they're passionate about it.
End of the last year we went to uh
L.A.and Scotland and London these places about three days,
And we would fly first class everywhere.
And we were like playing a sold out gay care(??)
And then we were speaking to Surren Sisters(??) alone here you know
And I thought, and then sometimes I just get swallowed with pride
Cus I think it only in 3 years ago,
Me and him, we sat in a bedroom go right(??)
    This is good isn't it?
I bet the blowney(???) still likes this.
And now we kindda talking to prime Tom usual,(????) did you know what I mean
    So it's wicked.
Coldplay is such a good band because they've got this raw energy to them you know
And that's quite rare you know, when you listen to them,
You're really absorbing everything about them.
That you want to..to get the record deal.. when you start the band.
Yeah,we sure enough do, yeah, I think all bands do
They've come from very grass roots, the kind of uh territory,
They are formed when they're in college and they
They all got together love and pursuit of just making really good music
And they sort of started their goals I think,
And they just kept their own instinct of sounds
And..they just sort of doing what they wanna do
And what they do is really really good.
It England has been known to bestow the royal treatment
On it's home-grown celebrities at a young age.
The Beatles, Rolling Stones, Stone Roses, Blur, Oasis and Suede
Were barely shaving when they scale the charts
And had their images splashed on the front page.
It's just kind of a bit much, you know?
I mean it's fair enough to be interested in people
But if you incident in them to the appointment,
    Like, they can't go anywhere
But, like, I'll have to have my..it's we..I open my curtains
With that six lenses pointed to your window the whole time.
Following in those footsteps, Coldplay's debut album entered the UK chart at NO.1
    Which is pretty impressive,
Given the fact that not only is the poor tact
Noticeably devoid of fashion statement in rock n' roll eagers,(??)
But they had only released a few singles previously.
Fame and fortune are now theirs, but it wasn't always this way.
